• I tried to register but it says that the username is invalid.
  This means that you are trying to register with the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft but Autcraft is for the Java Edition. The good news is that if you have one, you can get the other by going to https://aka.ms/JavaBedrockEdition
  
  
• I registered but I still can't join the server. It says I'm not whitelisted.
  Registration does not automatically get you access to the server. We take the time to review each registration to make sure that no bad people get onto the server. Unfortunately this does mean you'll have to wait but it shouldn't take any longer than a few days. It can take up to 2 weeks if we're in the news at the time.
