Absolutely. My parents are autistic, and their parents showed signs of undiagnosed autism. 
It is likely entirely genetics, but im NOT qualified so do NOT listen to me.

autism has been in my family for ages, including ADHD.

Both me and my uncle are autistic, and my grandpa has some signs of undiagnosed autism.
