lol,I also thought it was refered to the Chinese Dragon,but anyway the Golden Leap Year Dragon do looks like the Chinese Dragon(though they don't look so slimy) lol

It's a reference to the game Dragonvale, in which they have a golden Leap Year Dragon.
I saw the page, the image shows that that is Chinese dragon which we called it officially Loong(龙) (There are big difference between dragon and loong)
