Are there any changes in Autcraft compared to vanilla minecraft with redstone or tick speed?

We run at a max TPS of 20. Sometimes TPS runs lower depending on how many players we have on, how many mobs people have loaded, or chests full of things. That's why we have the 100 hopper limit, mob limit and things like that.
But there is no redstone-related mods or plugins on the server intended to make redstone function differently.
