I could suddenly just fly around in survival world but when i tried to do /fly it said i didnt have access to the command, is this a glitch or did someone give me fly and it cant be disabled?(i dont want to disable it)

Probably just a glitch. Sometimes "fly" gets stuck on or off despite permissions. A relog will likely fix it.
