My Minecraft Launcher is no longer opening. It might be taken down for me and I can no longer get in. :( I'm not sure if I can do anything about it.

Oh my word, that's horrible... :( make sure you have a decent amount of storage space. I think you can access it through the Xbox app built in too. Is there anything else I'm able to help with?

Aww man... I'm not too sure what else to do. If you haven't, reinstalling might be the best option. If that doesn't work then I'm afraid there might not be much else we can do unless we contact Mojang/Microsoft support (if such exists and can help us)... :(

What do you get when you click on the Minecraft Launcher icon? That might help us determine the problem if you get something or nothing at all.

I would see if you can get it running as an administrator though... if you know who has that code you could ask them to come and put it in for you.
