How long will the server be offline?

Hello. We are new registered users but having trouble getting into the server from the game. Is there possibly a challenge due to player name? I registered as The_Crafter, which is not the name in our player profile in the Minecraft 1.19.2 edition. The player name is Pikachuy2009. Possibly another issue?

Hello, we have made it to the white list but we cannot join the server on my daughter's xbox.
We've connected to the mc.autcraft.com as well as mc2.autcraft.com but nothing happens. We are using version 1.19.22. Everything just keeps coming up saying it can't connect and we've been trying for days.
Just wondering if you might have any ideas on why it's happening please?

Hi there, I'm sorry but Autcraft isn't accessible on an XBox. You'll need the Java version for computer. Since you have the console version, you should be able to get the Java version if you have a computer by going to https://aka.ms/JavaBedrockEdition. Sorry but it is the only way.

Autcraft was created on June 23rd, 2013, which makes today our 13th anniversary! In that time we've added over 20,500 players to the whitelist, been the subject of a TED Talk, and included in another, we've been in Time Magazine, spoke at Games for Change, we're in the official The World of Minecraft book by Mojang, and so much more.
All players who sign on today will get the special 13th Anniversary Player head (in the picture, on the ground) and you can collect the beautiful 13th Anniversary map art at /spawn.
