Hello, I submitted an account request a couple minutes ago, and I tried to click on the validate email, but it is sending me back to the home page and says, "error in validating your account, please contact website administrator," what do I do to fix this?

Good Evening! I hope you are having a great night. I am just checking in to see an update on my sons account access. We registered him on 08/26/22 and received an email to validate but the link always takes us to the main page and gives an error and tells us to contact the website admin. Could you please help? Autcraft was created on June 23rd, 2013, which makes today our 13th anniversary! In that time we've added over 20,500 players to the whitelist, been the subject of a TED Talk, and included in another, we've been in Time Magazine, spoke at Games for Change, we're in the official The World of Minecraft book by Mojang, and so much more.
All players who sign on today will get the special 13th Anniversary Player head (in the picture, on the ground) and you can collect the beautiful 13th Anniversary map art at /spawn.
