Yes, you can have more than 10 of any mobs so long as you're not KEEPING more than 10 of any mobs. For head hunting purposes, it's fine. You just can't keep that many for pets.

af can mods from spawners eg hourse drop heads cas it doesnt seem like it does just wondering thks

Mobs that come from spawners typically in the vanilla game will still drop heads and shinies but at a much lower rate. Mobs that do not normally come from a spawner will still drop heads at a lower rate but will never drop a shiny.

Probably not. Bedrock just doesn't offer the tools necessary to create a server like Autcraft.

Autcraft will be setting off fireworks on the server every hour all day so that you can watch fireworks at midnight from the comfort of your own home when your clock strikes midnight!
Many autistic people, especially children, love fireworks but can't attend them in real life because of the bright, flashing lights, the noise, the smell, the crowds, and more. So we do fireworks each year on the server to make sure that people still get their fireworks show at midnight, just like everybody else.
The first set of fireworks will be at 6am Eastern, which is midnight in New Zealand, then we do them every hour right up until it's midnight in Los Angeles.

Dec 23rd, 11pm EST
Dec 24th, 3pm EST
The first reading will be for people in Australia, New Zealand, and others in that side of the world. The timing should work out that 11pm EST will be around 5pm in New Zealand.
The second reading will be for people in Europe and North America.
All players who attend either reading will be able to receive the 2025 Hot Chocolate player head!
