Hello, we have made it to the white list but we cannot join the server on my daughter's xbox.
We've connected to the mc.autcraft.com as well as mc2.autcraft.com but nothing happens. We are using version 1.19.22. Everything just keeps coming up saying it can't connect and we've been trying for days.
Just wondering if you might have any ideas on why it's happening please?

Hi there, I'm sorry but Autcraft isn't accessible on an XBox. You'll need the Java version for computer. Since you have the console version, you should be able to get the Java version if you have a computer by going to https://aka.ms/JavaBedrockEdition. Sorry but it is the only way.

Hello, I submitted an account request a couple minutes ago, and I tried to click on the validate email, but it is sending me back to the home page and says, "error in validating your account, please contact website administrator," what do I do to fix this?

Good Evening! I hope you are having a great night. I am just checking in to see an update on my sons account access. We registered him on 08/26/22 and received an email to validate but the link always takes us to the main page and gives an error and tells us to contact the website admin. Could you please help? My son can't wait to join.

Autcraft is hosting an Easter Egg hunt at spawn today and tomorrow, April 19th and 20th. Players can find 10 decorative player heads around spawn but once Sunday is over, they'll be gone!
Also, all players who join the server on April 20th will get a special Easter Dragon Egg in their inventory.

We will be doing fireworks each hour throughout the day so that everyone can watch fireworks at midnight no matter what time zone they're in.
