Hello, I submitted an account request a couple minutes ago, and I tried to click on the validate email, but it is sending me back to the home page and says, "error in validating your account, please contact website administrator," what do I do to fix this?

Good Evening! I hope you are having a great night. I am just checking in to see an update on my sons account access. We registered him on 08/26/22 and received an email to validate but the link always takes us to the main page and gives an error and tells us to contact the website admin. Could you please help? We will be doing fireworks each hour throughout the day so that everyone can watch fireworks at midnight no matter what time zone they're in.
